• The internal structure is stainless steel while the external is made of electro-galvanized steel treated with high-temperature paints for maximum resistance to heat, weather, and rust
• The oven insulation is made of natural rock wool, allowing more effective temperature containment and preventing the external structure from overheating
• Configurable with a trolley or as a standalone version
