Shipping Times

Shipping times are fast, typically within 2-3 days from payment receipt. The order preparation time in most cases does not exceed 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

We have simplified logistics by indicating shipping times on the product pages and in the cart according to the following values:

• "Shipping in 2-3 days": The goods will be handed over to the courier within 3 days of the order;
• "Shipping in 5-7 days": The goods will be handed over to the courier within 7 days of the order;
• "Shipping with waiting times longer than 5 days": The goods will be handed over to the courier in more than 5 days from the order;

Should there be any unexpected delays, the customer will be promptly notified.

Delivery Times

Delivery times in major metropolitan areas generally do not exceed 24/48 hours from the moment the courier collects the goods from our warehouses. In any case, we cannot guarantee exact times as we are not directly responsible. We use various shipping services.

During holidays (Christmas, New Year, Easter, Ferragosto, etc.), periods of heavy highway traffic, strikes, or exceptional weather events (snow, fog, or ice), delivery delays beyond our control may occur.

You can always stay updated on your order status thanks to the tracking code you will receive when we hand over your package to the courier.
