HOW TO USE
The first time you use the product, boil water 2 or 3 times to remove any residues
Then, clean the product with hot water and specific detergents, rinse with clean water and dry all surfaces
Oil the enamelled interior with oil or butter, heat slowly (no high temperatures) until the fat is absorbed
Remove the product from the heat and wait until it cools down, then remove any remaining seasoning
For cooking, use only medium or low temperatures: cast iron by nature absorbs heat quickly and releases it steadily and evenly
Using high temperatures may cause suboptimal cooking
Too rapid heating can damage the enamel due to the quick expansion of the cast iron base
