USAGE TIPS
Sowing and Dosage: Germination can take from 4 to 10 days depending directly on soil temperatures (required soil temperature above 12°C). The dosage is 40-50 gr/sqm; maximum doses are recommended in case of high temperatures and/or imperfect seedbed preparation. It is advisable to use lawn soil. For regeneration increase the dosage to 55/60 gr/sqm
Mowing: Perform the first cut when the grass reaches 6-8 cm. Never remove more than 30% of the existing vegetation and do not cut below 40mm. Cutting below this height is only possible with a reel mower. With mowing management above 60 mm, the turf becomes coarser, with a more pronounced leaf texture.
Irrigation: During sowing and reseeding keep the soil constantly moist until complete germination. For mature lawns, irrigate with 10 mm of water every 2-3 days during summer. Pay attention to water management; avoid excessive quantities and frequency during the hottest periods to prevent potential seasonal diseases. In case of pine shade, double the watering times during the hottest periods
Nutrition: Phosphatic fertilization at sowing and then turf management at maturity with 25 units of Nitrogen sqm/year using fertilizers specific for turf, preferably controlled-release. Schedule 4 fertilizations annually. Also plan 2 to 4 biostimulant treatments to increase tolerance to foot traffic and heat
