WHAT IT IS
It is a self-priming liquid ring pump, with a star-shaped impeller, equipped with a standard reversible rotation, powered by a high-efficiency motor designed for continuous operation. The special hydraulic geometry allows the pump to operate even in the presence of air bubbles in the suction liquid.
HOW IT WORKS
The liquid ring pump achieves suction capability simply by filling the pump body through one of the hose connectors. The suction capability is active in both directions of rotation.
WHICH LIQUIDS IT CAN TRANSFER
The pump can be used to transfer all types of common clean liquids, which must not be chemically aggressive or abrasive. Some examples: water, wine, milk, vinegar, low-viscosity oily solutions, neutral fluid detergents, diesel fuel. The liquid viscosity must not exceed 4 cps for continuous service with free discharge, and must not exceed 20 cps for intermittent service with free discharge and the presence of an operator for supervision.
MAINTENANCE
Regular maintenance requires few and simple operations, similar to a common household appliance. After use, clean water must be transferred to rinse the internal surfaces of the pump. The electric motor requires no maintenance, as there are no parts to lubricate. The external parts should be cleaned with a slightly damp sponge, then immediately dried with a cloth.
