WHAT IT IS
The special hydraulic geometry allows the pump to operate even in the presence of air bubbles in the suction liquid. It is manufactured using our unique NOVAX™ technology, which treats all surfaces specifically for temporary contact with food-grade liquids, ensuring greater chemical resistance and wear durability.
HOW IT WORKS
The liquid ring pump achieves suction capability simply by filling the pump body through one of the hose connectors. The suction capability is active in both directions of rotation.
WHICH LIQUIDS IT CAN TRANSFER
The pump can be used to transfer any type of clean, commonly used liquid that is neither chemically aggressive nor abrasive. Some examples include: water, wine, milk, vinegar, low-viscosity oily solutions, neutral fluid detergents, diesel fuel. The liquid viscosity must not exceed 4 cps for continuous operation with free discharge, and must not exceed 20 cps for intermittent operation with free discharge and operator supervision.
MAINTENANCE
Regular maintenance requires few and simple actions, similar to those of a standard household appliance. After use, clean water should be transferred through the pump to rinse the internal surfaces. The electric motor requires no maintenance, as there are no parts to lubricate. External parts should be cleaned with a slightly damp sponge, then immediately dried with a cloth.
