Instructions for use

1. Plug the appliance into a grounded power outlet. Wait about 10 minutes until the working temperature is reached, then open the CBE biscuit maker using the wooden handles.
2. Apply a light layer of olive oil to the mold using a cloth or a silicone kitchen brush to easily release the biscuit. This operation should be done only once after the plates have heated up.
3. Place the dough into the mold with a spoon and close it again using the wooden handles.
4. Once cooked (after 20/40 seconds, depending on the type of pastry prepared), open the biscuit maker and remove the biscuit from the mold using a spatula or fork.
