The skewer holders have been designed to take up as little space as possible and to be easily washable.
The steel element is fully perforated to allow easy removal of grease residues, and in this way it can also be stacked to reduce bulk; to prevent grease from coming into contact with the wooden base, a disposable aluminum tray has been inserted.
The trays consist of a wooden base inside which there is a steel plate that will be in direct contact with the food.
The plate is easily removable, dishwasher safe, and thanks to its shape it can be stacked to reduce bulk.
