HOW TO USE:

1. It is strongly recommended to use lean meat ground twice
2. Place the mixture on the work surface, take a sheet of parchment paper and place it over the mixture, then roll it out with a rolling pin
3. Remove the parchment paper, take Poldino Polpettino and position it on the mixture, press and rotate as needed to release the meatballs
4. Lift Poldino Polpettino and shake it over a work surface to release the meatballs; any fat strands can be removed with a spatula
