Instructions for use
- Plug the power cord into a grounded outlet. Wait about 10 minutes until the working temperature is reached and open the CBE biscuit maker using the wooden handles.
- Apply a light layer of olive oil on the mold using a cloth or a silicone kitchen brush to easily release the biscuit. This operation should be done only after the plates have heated and only once.
- Place the dough into the mold with a spoon and close it again using the wooden handles.
- When cooking is complete (after 20/40 seconds, depending on the type of pastry prepared), open the biscuit maker and remove the biscuit from the mold using a spatula or fork.
