Instructions for use
- Plug into a grounded power outlet. Wait about 10 minutes to reach the working temperature and open the CBE cookie maker using the wooden handles.
- Apply a light layer of olive oil on the mold using a cloth or a silicone kitchen brush to easily release the cookie. This operation should be done only once after the plates have heated up.
- Place the dough into the mold with a spoon and close it again using the wooden handles.
- When cooked (after 20/40 seconds, depending on the type of pastry prepared), open the cookie maker and remove the cookie from the mold using a spatula or a fork.
