Franchi Chive Seed - Franchi

• Early variety
• Annual plant with elongated thread-like leaves, green in color and intense flavor
• Fresh leaves are used to flavor dishes
• Sowing: from February to July
• Harvest: from May to October

Used fresh because it has a mild and delicate taste; the stems, when crushed, release a subtle onion aroma.

Excellent with spreadable cheeses and in mixed salads.

Tips: it does not like humidity and requires very little watering; leaves should be cut at the base.
