• Metoprene 0.5 is a highly effective effervescent larvicide tablet designed for controlling mosquito larvae (including tiger mosquitoes) in outdoor environments
• It works by ingestion and contact, mimicking the action of the juvenile hormone and preventing the larva from transforming into an adult insect, thus interrupting the infestation development cycle
• Thanks to its effervescent formulation, the tablets dissolve easily in water, making application quick, safe, and extremely effective
• Ideal for treating any stagnant water collection, such as drains, sumps, fountains, tires, ponds, channels, and septic tanks

HOW TO USE 

Recommended doses vary depending on the type of water:
Clear water: 1 tablet of 2 g every 1,000–2,000 liters
Water with high organic load: 1 tablet every 500–1,000 liters
Drains and confined spaces: 1 tablet every 40 liters

Recommended treatment period: from March to October
Repeat every 2-4 weeks, depending on temperature, water cleanliness, and in case of heavy rains.
