APPLICATION METHOD AND INSTRUCTIONS

Unscrew the cartridge cap
Pull the plastic ring, remove the metal clip sealing the bag
Screw the conical mixing nozzle onto the cartridge
Insert the cartridge into a standard silicone gun (such as the original Saratoga rod type) and extrude until a uniform gray mixture is obtained
The application methods vary depending on the type of wall: hollow or solid bricks, on which the work must be performed:

HOLLOW BRICKS 


Drill a hole using a rotary drill

Insert the mesh anchor. Inject Forte Presa starting from the bottom and moving backward, filling it completely while holding the gray cap on the mesh anchor firmly
Insert, slightly rotating, the threaded rod, the internally threaded sleeve (for removable fixings) or other object to be fixed, until it touches the bottom of the anchor
Remove excess product and apply the load, respecting the following terms:

SOLID BRICKS, CONCRETE AND STONE:


Drill using a bit with a diameter larger than the element to be fixed as per the table:

Clean the hole thoroughly from dust
Inject Forte Presa starting from the bottom of the hole, moving backward and filling half of the hole.
Insert, slightly rotating, the threaded rod, the internally threaded sleeve (for removable fixings) or other object to be fixed, until it touches the bottom of the anchor
Remove excess product and apply the load, respecting the following terms:

AFTER APPLICATION 


Remove the conical mixing nozzle as it is no longer reusable
Clean the end of the bag and screw the cap back onto the cartridge
For subsequent use, it is recommended to extrude a few grams of product before screwing on a new conical mixing nozzle
