Other information
- SHIELD, a fertilizer solution based on EDTA-chelated Iron and Copper, is a fertilizer designed for the technical nutrition of lawns; it is the perfect fertilizer to provide a significant supply of Iron safely together with the Copper element
- The two elements are antagonistic to each other and therefore difficult to coexist in plant absorption; for this reason, it is advisable to apply a product containing both elements to provide proper nutritional support
- Copper also performs a clear indirect protective action and, together with Iron, participates in the important phenomenon of resistance induction (plants learn to defend themselves from possible physiological disorders and environmental stresses)
- The sub-acid reaction perfectly aligns with the needs of lawns (pH 6.5)
- It also plays a very important role against bacterial diseases and is active against downy mildew
- It penetrates inside the leaf through a translaminar process and is not washed away, showing a healing action on breakage injuries
- Enhances photosynthetic activity, providing an immediate color effect
- SHIELD causes thickening and elasticity of leaf walls, resulting in resistance to pathogen attacks
- Does not cause encrustations
- Can be absorbed both foliar and root
- Compatible with most authorized plant protection products, except those with strongly alkaline reaction
- Has a very low salinity level and the raw materials used are authorized for organic farming
- Its duration (variable depending on doses and type of use) is generally from 2 to 3 weeks

Practical advice for use
Apply SHIELD in case of confirmed Iron and Copper deficiency and/or before biotic and abiotic stresses. It is
advisable to apply the product on dry leaves.
Doses

1 Kg/1,000 m2 diluted in 100-200 liters of water in fertigation (root absorption), that is
1 bottle/1,000 m2
