INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Set the adjustment mechanism to 6 (located along the metal vertical handle bar). Position the spreader upside down with the handle on the ground. Hold it with both hands, with the wheels facing upwards
2. Using your foot, press the black plastic button on the handle to open the flap. The trigger should be parallel to the handle when fully pressed. The locking bar edge must align with the calibration line engraved on the bottom of the hopper (i.e., the plastic container of the spreader)
3. Using a wrench, turn the black calibration screw on the lower edge of the "control cable" to adjust the alignment. The "control cable" is the cable running from the trigger on the handle to the flap at the bottom of the hopper. Adjust the screw until the locking bar edge aligns with the calibration line
4. Do not use with wrapped fertilizers
